- 1 large avocado
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup fat-free yogurt (use Greek yogurt if you want a thicker dressing)
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Simply combine all the ingredients in a food processor and ta-da! You have guilt-free ranch dressing to enjoy to your heart’s content!
