- 2 cups of cooked Quinoa
- I cup of Organic Grapes sliced in half
- I cup of cashews cut in half
- 1/2 cup of Feta Cheese
- I cup of chopped celery
- 1/2 cup of Basil
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl.
Just before serving, add the juice of 1/2 Lime and some Spike Seasoning to taste.
