Yummy and Healthy! This can be made in advance and stored in a sealed container in the fridge. Just shake well before dressing your salad.


  • 1-2 cloves organic garlic, finely minced
  • 1/2 C. Vegenaise
  • 3 TBSP. organic fresh dill.
  • Finely chopped ½ org. lemon, juice only
  • ¼ tsp. organic ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. Himalayan salt, optional

Mix all the above in a small bowl and pour over mixed salad greens.
