Simple to make and Gluten-Free.

  • 10 medjool dates, pitted
  • ½ c org. raw almonds or cashews
  • ¼ c. org. goji berries
  • ¼ c. raw cacao nibs
  • 1 TBSP. org. cinnamon
  • 1 TBSP. raw cacao powder
  • 1 ½ tsp. org. Maca powder
  • 1 tsp. org. pure vanilla extract
  • ¼- ½ tsp. org. cayenne powder (optional)

Put all ingredients in a food processor and run till fully combined.Roll mixture into 1 inch balls and place on a flat baking sheet and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Keep in an airtight container or freeze.

All ingredients are found in our stores in both Wasaga Beach and Collingwood. Maca is a great nutrient that provides energy, hormonal balancing and stress reduction. It is a Peruvian root and best absorbed if it is gelatinized, otherwise it is difficult to absorb.
