Make ahead of time and freeze
- ¾ c. unsweetened shredded coconut
- 6 medjool dates, pitted
- ¾ c. org. walnuts
- ½ c. org. grated carrots
- ¼ c. hemp seeds
- ¼ c. raw unpasteurized local honey
- 1 tsp. org. pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. org. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. org. nutmeg
- ¼ tsp. org. ground cloves
Keep aside ¼ c coconut in a dish for rolling balls.
May be frozen. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
