We have just entered another period of “lockdown” in Ontario. For many, that can result in excessive stress, anxiety, and depression. During this time, it is important that we exercise our minds in the same fashion that we exercise our bodies. Maintaining an awareness of our mental health and taking steps to treat symptoms is critically important to our well-being during the pandemic.
